SentiriPrivacy Policy
In short: Sentiri does not collect, store or share any personal data. Our software has no accounts, no telemetry and no tracking, and your files never leave your PC unless you send them yourself.
Who we are
This policy covers software published by Sentiri AS, including SentiriPDF, and the website sentiri.as. If you have questions, contact us at post@sentiri.as.
Our software
- No data collection. Our apps do not collect, store or transmit personal data, usage statistics, crash reports or any other information to Sentiri or to anyone else.
- No accounts. You never need to sign up or sign in.
- Your files stay on your PC. Documents you open, edit, convert or sign are processed locally on your computer. They are not uploaded anywhere.
- Settings stay local. Preferences such as recent files and window positions are saved only on your own computer, and are removed when you uninstall the app.
- Network use only when you ask for it. If you paste or import content that refers to pictures on the internet, SentiriPDF downloads those pictures directly from where they are hosted so they can appear in your document. No cookies are sent and nothing is sent to Sentiri.
- Sending a PDF. When you choose to email a PDF, it is handed to the email program on your computer. Sentiri never sees the message or its recipients.
Purchases and the Microsoft Store
Our apps are sold and updated through the Microsoft Store. Payments, licences, downloads and updates are handled by Microsoft under the Microsoft Privacy Statement. Sentiri does not receive your name, payment details or contact information from these purchases.
This website
This website uses no cookies, no analytics, no tracking and no third-party services. All fonts and images are served from this site itself. Like any web server, the hosting provider may briefly keep standard technical logs (such as IP address and pages requested) to operate and protect the service. We do not use these logs to identify or profile visitors.
When you email us
If you contact us by email, we use your email address and message only to reply to you. We do not add you to mailing lists or share your message with anyone.
Children
Because we collect no personal data, our software and website collect no data from children either.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct and delete personal data about you. As we do not hold personal data from our software or website, there is normally nothing to access or delete. If you have emailed us and want that correspondence deleted, write to post@sentiri.as. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet).
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date.
