Questions, answered straight

Do I need an account?

No SentiriPDF account, ever. Microsoft Store needs you to be signed in with a Microsoft account to start the trial or buy the app, the same as for any Store app.

Is there a subscription?

No. $9 is a one-time purchase for version 1.

Do I have to upload my documents?

No. Everything happens on your PC. SentiriPDF only goes online if you convert or paste a web page that shows pictures from the internet, and it asks you first. When you send a PDF by email, it is handed to the email program on your PC.

Is there AI, tracking, advertising or marketing email?

No. No AI features, no tracking or telemetry, no ads, no newsletters, no special offers and no nagging.

What happens after the 7-day trial?

The trial is run by Microsoft Store. When it ends, you can buy the full app there for $9.

What about updates and a future version 2?

Version 1 gets bug fixes, improvements and new features at no extra cost. A version 2 may one day be sold as an optional paid upgrade, and version 1 stays yours and keeps working.

Can I get a refund?

Purchases, payments and refunds are handled by Microsoft Store, under Microsoft's own refund policy. Sentiri never sees your payment details.

Is a placed signature a certified digital signature?

No. SentiriPDF adds your signature as a picture you draw or import, the way you would sign on paper. It does not add certificate-based digital signatures.

Which systems are supported?

Windows 11 on 64-bit (x64) PCs, from Microsoft Store. Attachment previews work in Outlook Classic, the desktop Outlook; the new Outlook for Windows does not support them.
