I just wanted PDF
tasks to be easy.
I made SentiriPDF for myself. I wanted one fast Windows app that could handle the everyday document tasks that kept turning into detours through other programs, print drivers, web services and scanners.
Converting should not be a project.
Word, Markdown and HTML should become PDFs without switching between unrelated tools.
Combining files should not require an account.
I should not have to upload private documents to a website and register, just to download the merged result.
A signed form should stay digital.
Fill it in, add a signature and send it back, without printing, handwriting, scanning and attaching it all over again.
Printing should not freeze the computer.
The print dialog should open right away, while the printers are found in the background.
Outlook attachments should just open.
A PDF in an email should be readable in the reading pane, without a detour through another program.
I printed a Word document through SentiriPDF, and the paper was out of the printer before Word had even shown its print dialog on the same PC.
I use SentiriPDF every day. I built it because I wanted all these ordinary tasks to be easy. If these frustrations sound familiar, perhaps you will find it useful too.
